At Pravek we're committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, please review our shipping policy.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within India. As of now we are not accepting international orders through our website. For queries from territories outside India, kindly mail us your requirements at customercare@pravek.com
Shipping Methods:
We use Shiprocket’s shipping service, with its multiple delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart logistics, Ecom Express, Shadowfox, and many others, to provide our customers the best possible shipping service.
We also offer a special ‘Rush Delivery’, i.e., delivery within 3 working days.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method.
Shipping Costs:
For orders below ₹350, we charge a nominal fee of ₹100.
All orders above ₹350, are valid for free shipping.
An additional fee of ₹49 is applicable on all CoD orders.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Handling Time: We strive to process orders within 1-2 business days from Monday to Saturday (this excludes Sunday, public holidays and company holidays) of order placement. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation SMS and email.
Transit Time: The estimated transit time for all orders is 3 to 5 business days. All orders are delivered within 8 working days, this includes handling and transit time.
Please note that these times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays caused by factors beyond our control such as - Local festivals, holidays, lockdowns and other unforeseen events.
Order cut-off time is 11.00 am on weekdays, i.e., orders given after 11.30 am will be processed the next day.
We follow (GMT +5:30) Indian Standard Time (Kolkata).
Tracking and Order Updates:
We'll send you email updates on the status of your order as it progresses through our system and during transit.
We have an order tracking facility that allows customers to monitor the progress of their order.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event of a lost or damaged item during shipping, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
