Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds 

  • Due to the nature of our products, we only accept return or exchange requests if you have received a damaged/ defected/ wrong product. 
  • Goods can only be returned or exchanged by providing proof of damage/ defect/ error.
  • Goods can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and intact. Opened or used goods can’t be returned.
  • We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/ defected/ wrong product.
  • We can:
    • Exchange your order with the same item in case of damaged/ defected/ wrong order received. 
    • Exchange your order with another product from our site (order amount to be equal to or more than the original order value). 
    • Issue a refund against your request. (Kindly refer to the Refunds Section for the same.)
  • Process: Please write to us within 24 hours of receiving the product that you would like to return or exchange the order at customercare@pravek.com with the following details:
    • Order Number
    • Invoice Number
    • Details of your request or complaint.
    • Relevant Proof: Images or videos to support the complaint with Batch details clearly visible as below, without which we cannot process the request.
  • Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged.
  • All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it was received in and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt. Once the package is received by our warehouse team the exchange order will be processed within 2 working days. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days from the day we receive your returned package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.


Cancellations

  • We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. 
  • In case you need to cancel your order, please write to us at customercare@pravek.com  with  the Order Number.
  • www.pravek.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. 
  • In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, payment gateway charges may apply and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.


Refunds

  • In the case of a product refund, once your return or cancellation request is approved the refund will reflect in your account within 10-15 days and you will be sent an email confirming the same.
  • In case of COD orders our Customer Care Representative will get in touch with you for required account details as we will not issue refunds in cash.
