Arjuna has given wonderful results in maintaining heart health, which is considered as one of the most important organ of the body due to its Hridya property. It helps support cardiac muscles and activities hence managing certain conditions like high blood pressure, cholesterol and other such related problems. Arjuna is beneficial in managing conditions which occur due to an imbalanced Kapha Dosha like cough, cold and diabetes due to its Kashaya (astringent) Rasa and Kapha balancing properties.
